Seeking an RN to assist a Clinical Director in an IL/AL/MC senior living community.
- Assist with staffing including selection, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, retention efforts, counseling, discipline, and terminations.
- Maintain and enhance Quality of services, safety, infection control, risk management and other related areas.
- Help ensure community is always survey ready.
- Assist with admissions, assessments, individual care plan development.
- Ensure EHR documentation by staff is correct.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse and able to practice in Minnesota.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving leadership, and motivational skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with all staff, residents, family members, physician’s offices, ombudsmen, health inspectors and vendors.
- Able to work the hours needed and participate in an on-call rotation.
This position is salaried ($73-79K) and will participate in a weekend manager-on-duty rotation shared with other managers across the community.
